Mathieu Martin went missing in August 2018
United for Mathieu
While he was on a round-the-world trip Mathieu sent a message to his family on 8 August 2018, he was in Tilcara, Argentina.
After more than ten days without any news from him, which had never happened in more than a decade of travel, Mathieu’s disappearance was reported to French police and Argentinian authorities. Three trips to Argentina in the province of Salta were organized to go on his trail, meet with the local police, and try to understand what may have happened to him.
In July 2019 the association «Ensemble pour retrouver Mathieu» is created to support his family by organizing events to mobilize and collect funds used to finance trips and investigation in Argentina and lawyers' fees.
